Liquid Volumetric Fillers are one of the most accurate filling systems available today. The product is drawn by gravity suction into a product cylinder, where the measurement occurs, then is dispensed through a three-way valve out into the customer's container. This system is very accurate and repeatable. The Simplex design will handle water to tar flowable products, liquid and creams with up to 1 inch diameter particulates, in a single cycle without crushing the particulate. Our machinery independently controls the precise flow-rate during the filling and recharging cycle. Rugged built production machinery, Simplex machines will be reliable for years of service to our customers.

The Simplex table model AS-1 is a simple and accurate filling machine which can merge with an automated conveyor system with the addition of a Simplex floor stand and automation kit. Any manual AS-1 can be upgraded to be fully automatic. Quickly and easily cleaned, the AS-1 is also very reliable. Some AS-1s have been in continuous operation for over 40 years. Economical and versatile, all contact points are constructed of USDA approved materials, making it useful for many products and operations.
